Clear their browser caches on Chrome :
Go to 'Settings' : 'History' -> 'History' :
Click on 'Delete browsing data' :
On this page, select 'All time' , then tick :
- 'Cookies and other site data'
- 'Cached images and files'
then click on 'Delete Data'
Finally, close your browser and reconnect to the MMLC platform
Clear their browser caches on Edge :
Go to 'Settings' : 'History' -> 'History' :
Click on the trash can icon
On this page, select 'All time' , then tick :
- 'Cookies and other site data'
- 'Cached images and files'
then click on 'Clear Now'
Finally, close your browser and reconnect to the MMLC platform
